How can we help

There are some things you can do to make paying your rent easier. Chat to us if you think any of these might help you

Make an arrangement with us

If you have missed any payments, we can make an agreement with you to pay back a certain amount each month or week

We'll talk about how much you can afford to pay, and how often. You'll need to make sure you keep us updated if your circumstances change. Get in touch with us to chat through your options.

Boost your income

There might be government help that you can get. A benefits calculator will tell you what you're eligible to claim.

If you can't claim any benefits, we've got advice on other ways to boost your income.

Change the day your rent is paid

You might be able to move the day your rent is paid, so it's closer to when your money goes in. This will depend on your circumstances.

Set up a standing order or Direct Debit

You can pay your rent by setting up a standing order or a Direct Debit from your bank. That way, the rent gets paid automatically as soon as the money comes in.

Open a separate account just for your rent

If you choose to do this, you'll also need to set up a standing order. This means your rent money goes to a separate account as soon as your salary or benefit payment goes into your main account. It will sit there until rent day.

If there's anything else you think we can do to help, please let us know.
