The Central Locality Influence Network (LIN) is a team of customers who collaborate with Bromford colleagues to help shape and influence what is happening in their locality. By using their life skills and experience customers help improve the way we deliver our services. There is also an opportunity to influence what is happening in the wider community and make it a better place to live in.

The Central Locality Influence Network is a customer-led group in the making. It is still emerging as a group and we are recruiting customers to join us. We would love to hear from you if you are interested in volunteering some of your time.

Help us shape the way we do things right from the very start!

Customers get involved for many reasons, the most common reasons include:

Holding us to account.
Embracing and promoting the values of social housing.
Learning new skills through doing and training.
Gaining new experiences, meeting new people and keeping your mind and body active.

Key characteristics: Central locality

Natalie Robertson (Associate Director, Central Locality) chaired the first meeting of the Central Locality Influence Network. It was an opportunity for Bromford colleagues and customers to get to know one another and understand more about what makes the Central locality unique. Customers were also given more information in relation to the role of the group showing how much Bromford is committed  to ensuring customers truly influence how services are delivered in the locality. Customers used the online video conferencing tool Zoom to get together. Why not join them too?
