- Hampton Close and Newton Rd
We plan to regenerate 24 homes on Hampton Close and Newton Road, no's: 13, 15, 17, 19, 22 and 24 on Newton Road and no's 1 to 18 in Hampton Close. We received planning permission to demolish these properties and replace them with 44 new homes from South Gloucestershire Council in autumn 2022 and work began in late 2022.
These homes are of non-traditional Cornish construction (non-traditionally built properties means that they are not made with a conventional brick or timber frame structure) and typically have a poor energy efficiency rating which means they are extremely expensive to heat and run. Having a group of them together means we have the opportunity to redevelop the site with brand new, energy efficient homes.
The address for this site is: Hampton Close and Newton Road, Cadbury Heath, BS30 8EP.
