Barrington Close & Fairford Close

We are proposing to redevelop all of our existing properties in Barrington Close (from numbers 13 to 44 and the garages) and Fairford Close (odd numbers from 1 to 13, and all numbers from 15 to 40 and even numbers from 42 to 54) in Kingswood, South Gloucestershire. We submitted a planning application to South Gloucestershire Council in December 2023.

We want to regenerate this site to deliver 85 modern, affordable, energy efficient homes. The homes we are proposing will be a mix of one-bedroom flats, two-bedroom maisonettes, and two, three and four-bedroom houses with associated parking and landscaping. In December 2022 we submitted a pre-planning application to South Gloucestershire Council as a precursor to submitting a full planning application in due course. We held a consultation event to discuss our plans with local residents in October 2023.
