We plan to regenerate 1–22 Chamberlayne House, Stow-on-the-Wold.

We have looked at our homes at Chamberlayne House to understand whether this scheme meets our customers’ needs for the future. We have considered the future maintenance requirements for our homes and do not feel Chamberlayne House meets these needs. The design of the flats are small and the energy efficiency ratings are low.

With this in mind, we have decided to regenerate 1–22 Chamberlayne House so that we can build modern, energy efficient homes in place of the existing homes, which will be more economical for our customers to run.

We want to be as transparent as possible and that’s why all of our communication with you – from letters, to event notices, to legal jargon – will be uploaded to this area of our website to keep all the information you need in one place, making it easy to refer to.
