We are planning to regenerate 12 properties in Austin Road, Cirencester and replace them with modern, energy efficient homes.
The 12 flats are in two blocks, comprising numbers 26 - 36 (even) and 38 - 48 (even). The have an outdated design and have been difficult to let when they become vacant. After considering the condition of the flats and the future maintenance requirements, we have decided that investing in new, energy-efficient homes would be the best long-term option for both us and our customers.
We began individual consultation with customers about our plans for the blocks in November 2023. We will hold further public consultations in the future as our plans progress.
