We believe in providing homes that are safe, secure and warm, and regeneration gives us an opportunity to replace some of our poor quality homes with brand new, energy efficient ones.

We have a regeneration programme to replace some of our older, poor performing properties. Many of these properties were built using non-traditional methods in the period after the Second World War as a quick solution to the housing shortage. Over the years they have deteriorated and become increasingly expensive to heat, as well as suffering from issues such as damp and draughts. We conduct regular reviews into the conditions of our properties and for the sites listed below decided that the best course of action was to regenerate properties and replace them with modern, energy efficient homes fit for the 21st Century

When this happens we get in touch with customers living in those homes to let them know what we’re planning and how we will support them through the process of finding them a new home. The pages below list all of our current regeneration projects and include information we have shared with customers living in affected homes and their local community.
