In 2017 we launched an ambitious programme to transform the way we work. At the heart of the programme is a goal of increasing organisational capability through the simplification of our processes and ways of working. We will also move to a small number of integrated systems used across the whole of the new organisation. Importantly, the new ways of working enabled by the systems are scalable too.

How will we measure our progress?

By 2023 we aim to have:

  • Achieved 100% of transformation outcomes
  • Cashable benefits will total £28.4m
  • 95% of colleagues say they believe the programme has delivered its objectives
