Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility and accountability for the effective delivery of our letting function for all Bromford rented homes and the collection of associated income.
Career:
After starting a career in social housing over 20 years ago as a housing officer, Kelly has held a number of leadership positions overseeing customer facing teams, and now heads up the Income and Lettings function for Bromford. Kelly has completed a variety of Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) qualifications and is passionate about creating high performance teams focussed on delivering strong customer service. She has been instrumental in building top quartile performing teams who are focussed on supporting customers and minimising eviction rates. Kelly has also played a pivotal role in the delivery of our D365 transformation programme.
