We’re pleased to announce that the Regulator of Social Housing has today confirmed that we have retained our top G1 / V1 rating.

The regulatory judgement was published following an in-depth assessment that was carried out earlier in the year.

G1 and V1 are the top ratings housing providers can achieve. By retaining these ratings it shows that we meet all of the regulator’s governance and financial viability requirements and are effectively managing the risk of delivering our corporate strategy and provide value for money in the services we deliver. We were previously assessed by the regulator in 2019.
