Customers are ready to move into our first affordable homes at an award-winning Gloucestershire development.

The keys to the first four homes at Great Oldbury near Stonehouse have been handed over by developers Vistry. The first four homes to be completed are a pair of two-bedroom homes are available for low-cost rent plus to two shared ownership homes. Vistry is building 178 at the homes under its Linden Homes brand, 53 of which will be affordable homes. The affordable housing being provided will include nine one and two-bedroom flats and 44 two, three and four-bedroom houses.

Vistry’s Sean Goode, site manager for Great Oldbury, was recently awarded the Pride in the Job Award Quality Award by the National House Building Council (NHBC) in recognition of his efforts at the Great Oldbury development.
