We’re throwing open the doors to our latest collection of new homes at sites across the Midlands and south west this summer.

Over the next month we’re holding a series of open days to give people the chance to have a look round our latest shared ownership homes. The open days are a great way to get a feel for what living in these homes would be like and an opportunity to speak to our sales team to learn more.

All our homes for sale at these sites are available through Help to Buy shared ownership, which offers the chance to buy a home at a fraction of the cost of buying outright. Buyers typically buy around 50% of a property and have the option to buy more shares in their home when the time is right for them, ultimately giving them the chance to own 100% of their home.

And part-buying and part-renting a home often works out cheaper than renting privately or if you had bought a similar home outright.
