Bromford’s new £12m retirement living scheme in the heart of vibrant Banbury is creating a number of exciting job opportunities for local firms and start-up businesses.

The town’s new state-of-the-art retirement village, on Bath Road adjacent to People’s Park, will be opening in summer 2019 with the number of residents reserving apartments growing by the day. Now we are urging start-up companies or existing businesses looking to expand to get in touch with us to become our official partners at Park Gardens and run the onsite bistro, hair, nail and beauty salon, and fully-equipped gymnasium.

Caterer

We are looking for a talented and inspired caterer to operate the seven-day-a-week restaurant, bistro and café which will be open to both residents and the wider community. Being situated just a short walk from the town centre, this presents the right person with an exciting opportunity to redefine the food offering people receive in retirement living developments. Applicants will be assessed on their quality, innovation and pricing as well as an expectation that they will provide a select daily menu offering a range of freshly cooked food, including vegetarian options, as well as a variety of evening specials such as a Fish ‘n’ Chips night. Hair and beauty salon

We are looking for a creative and personable hair and beauty professional who is relishing the opportunity to begin or further their career by operating a relaxed, reliable and professional salon close to Banbury’s bustling shops and restaurants. Like the bistro, the salon will also welcome the wider community as well as those who make Park Gardens their home and it is expected the salon will be launched by June 2019 and be open for a minimum of five-days-a-week, including Saturdays. Personal trainer

As part of a 24/7 gym available solely to residents, we are also looking to hire a fully-qualified personal trainer to help manage inductions and individual fitness programmes as well as bringing further energy and vibrancy to the scheme. The gymnasium will be fully stocked with the latest training equipment and is ideal for someone starting out in their career or looking to extend their talents within a new sector.
