Using this valuable insight, we have produced the latest customer feedback infographic to let you know how we’re doing.
From your feedback, we’ve made some changes to our services to help us deliver a better experience for you.
We’re now only recruiting multi-skilled engineers with a wide range of skills, to make sure we can get things right first time for you. You should also start to see the same engineers coming out to your home and they’ll also be calling ahead to let you know when they’re on their way, keeping you informed and keeping missed appointments to a minimum.

In addition to the areas that we’ve mentioned on the infographic that we’re focussing on fixing, we’ve also made improvements in other areas that you said were an issue for you. We've recently changed the way we undertake roofing and ground works which will reduce your waiting times by half.
