Applications are now open for the latest positions on our graduate scheme.

We’re recruiting for graduates to join our service delivery, communications, ICT and people teams. All the roles will play an important part in delivering our strategy through supporting leaders to recruit great candidates, making sure customers and colleagues have all the information they need, or using data to help customers and colleagues to thrive,

Apprentices and graduates lead Sharon Carrington said: “We’re passionate about developing young people who are just starting their careers through our graduate and apprenticeship schemes. We are very much a people business and helping people to thrive, whether that’s the customers living in our homes, or our colleagues, is what gets us out of bed in the mornings.

“Successful applicants on our graduate scheme receive a mentor and sponsor to support them through their placement and the chance to complete further qualifications to really kick-start their career. We had lots of interest from graduates looking to join our 2022 intake and we expect the same this year. So, if you’ve recently graduated or are due to finish your degree this summer take a look at the positions we have available and decide whether you belong at Bromford.”

We’re a member of the 5% Club which is a commitment to ensuring that 5% of our total workforce is made up of apprentices, sponsored students and graduates on formal programmes by 2027. Over the past four years we have recruited more than 100 colleagues have joined our apprenticeship and graduate schemes.
