There’s no doubting it has been an extremely challenging year but this week’s announcement by the Prime Minister gives us fresh optimism about our lives returning to some kind of normality starting next month.

In the meantime I wanted to reassure you that we remain committed to providing as many services to you as we can during the lockdown, using tried and tested Covid-secure measures to ensure the safety of you and your family at all times. Watch the video below to see our engineers explain how we’re keeping services on the road.

For more information about how we’re providing services to you at the moment please visit our Coronavirus information page on our website. We have been regularly reviewing and updating the information on this page and will continue to do so over the weeks ahead. And remember your neighbourhood coach is also available for you if you need specialist help. You can find the contact details for your neighbourhood coach here on our website.

Neighbourhood coach talking to customers with title of Help us improve our services written on the imageWhilst we have been committed to providing you with as many services as possible during the lockdowns we’ve faced during the past year, we’ve also been looking at ways to improve our services.

Recently we’ve been carrying out a review on how we fare when it comes to equality, diversity, and inclusion because we know we can always better represent the diverse neighbourhoods and communities we operate in. We want to know what you, our customers, think. Below you will find a link to a short survey. It takes five minutes to complete and for the first 100 customers who complete the survey we will pop you a £10 Amazon gift voucher* for filling it out.
