As well as providing high quality affordable homes, Bromford listen to the problems of those who aren't yet in a position to own their own home. Adults with learning disabilities, young families, older people and the homeless can all rely on the help Bromford to help build a better future.

With a lack of suitable housing, Young mum Kirsty and boyfriend Richard faced being split up when Kirsty fell pregnant. Facing homelessness, the only option to ensure they could stay together was to sleep on the floor of Kirsty's parent's house.  With no stable future for their soon-to-be-born daughter, Bromford provided the couple a lifeline, offering them an opportunity to move into flagship young families scheme Hobart Road.
