Our customer service team has won a batch of awards at the UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF) awards last week.

The highlight of the evening was in the Customer Service Team of the Year category. Having seen off competition from hundreds of other companies to make the final shortlist of eight, the team’s dedication and commitment to providing an excellent service to everyone who contacts the team, was recognised by the judges who awarded the team the silver award.

There were also individual awards for Rebecca Arrowsmith and Chris Hull who were awarded the silver and bronze awards in the Industry Newcomer of the Year awards.

Customer service team leader Josh Smith said: “Both Rebecca and Chris have contributed so much to the team in the short time they have been here and to see them acknowledged on a national scale was fantastic to see. They both completely embody the Bromford DNA and we are super proud of them both!

“Everyone in the team tackles each day with a fierce passion and determination to help our customers, and for them to be recognised on a national scale is testament to the hard work and effort that goes into each call, email, or webchat!”

Last year our contact centre responded to more than 290,000 incoming calls from customers, as well as answering queries from customer on our social media channels, webchat and emails.
