A major milestone was hit as the first affordable homes were completed at Woodland Glade, the 100-acre development to the southeast of Telford.

We've celebrated the first of the 102 affordable homes being built on the site being handed over to us from our development partners, Vistry Group, the UK’s leading provider of mixed-tenure homes. 

Once completed, we'll be taking 102 of the 299  high-quality two-, three, and four-bedroom homes being built on the site, designed to meet the needs of the growing local community. Our homes will include 59 homes available for affordable rent and 16 homes offered through shared ownership. 

The partnership with Bromford ensures that a significant portion of the development supports long-term affordability and inclusivity for residents in Telford.

Construction works are well underway, with final completion expected by March 2028.
