Bromford have embraced the New Home Quality Code as an additional layer of consumer protection, which applies for all reservations after 29th February 2024. All those prior will still receive the highest quality service under the Consumer Code.

From reservation to completion, we’ll keep you informed on both the progress of your build and the continuing legal process.

Once you have moved into your new home, in the event that you experience any issues our Customer Care team will be on hand to assist within the first two years. Bromford are committed to providing a high standard of service to our customers and we take all complaints very seriously.
