Who to contact

  • If you have a concern, please talk to one of the following authorities:

    • Contact your Local Authority – you can search your local authority website by typing in the word ‘safeguarding’ in to their search engine. This will highlight their role and responsibilities.
    • Call the Police – 101 if it’s not an emergency
    • You can also call the NSPCC with any concerns about a child (under 18) on 0808 800 5000
    • If you need help to report a concern, talk to someone you trust. 
  • Our rigorous recruitment procedure includes vetting candidates who work closely with our customers and undertaking DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks.

    We take safeguarding very seriously and should an allegation about a colleague be made, this will be investigated thoroughly by our Director of People Experience and the appropriate action will be taken.
