Our permissions are only valid for 12 months if granted, so your works should be actioned immediately after getting permission.

3. Will the works only affect your private home? *


You aren't eligible to make a change.

We can't allow works that will affect other homes. Communal areas are maintained by us and are for the use and benefit of all customers. If you have an suggestion for changes to communal areas, you should speak to your neighbourhood coach.

4. Have you researched whether your works require any other permissions? *


Important

You must research other approvals before asking us for permission, for example, planning permission or building control approval. We will ask for proof of these if they apply.

5. Is your rent account up to date? *


You might be eligible to make a change.

You'll usually need to contact your neighbourhood coach to make an arrangement to repay your arrears before we give you permission something in your home.
