Ash joined Bromford in December 2022 as Chief Customer officer and as the executive lead for customers at Bromford Ash is responsible for driving improvements to the way that customers’ homes are managed and maintained, enabling customers to thrive in their communities. Using data and insight to inform her approach, Ash puts the customer relationship first and is passionate about offering a range of different ways to engage customers and deliver resident services. Previously Ash held the roles of Deputy CEO and Chief Operating officer at Peabody and has over 17 years leadership experience working in complex operational and customer service organisations both in and out of sector. She is currently also a Board Member for Golding Homes in Kent. Ash has a Masters in Business Administration from Henley Business School and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management.
