Victoria has a wealth of experience in driving transformational change and championing place-based approaches that connect organisations with customers, communities, and colleagues. With over two decades of experience across housing management, estate services, retirement living, and support, she has held senior leadership roles with Bromford, The Guinness Partnership, and Riverside.

Her career is defined by a commitment to improving customer outcomes, leading large-scale change, and embedding the customer voice at the heart of decision-making. A passionate advocate for equality, diversity, and inclusion, Victoria has co-founded colleague networks, most recently the EmpowerHer network at Bromford.
