This year we are working with the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) to carry out the UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) survey. This is the UK’s largest cross‑sector customer benchmarking study - which means it helps us compare how we are doing, not only against other housing providers, but also against organisations across wider public services.
During June and July, ICS will be emailing some of our customers to ask for feedback about Bromford and their most recent experience with us.
Listening to our customers views is really important to us. Your feedback helps us understand what we’re doing well and where we need to improve.

From 29 June, ICS will email 12,000 randomly chosen customers to take part in an online survey. The survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. If you receive an email from ICS, we encourage you to take part before the deadline stated in the email. Your feedback will help us to continue to improve our services.
Your privacy
Your responses are completely confidential. We do not include any information in our reports that could personally identify an individual, so you can feel free to be completely honest with your feedback.
At the end of the survey, you will be given the opportunity to provide your name and a contact detail if you would be happy if Bromford wanted to speak to you about your feedback. This is voluntary and if you would prefer not to, we understand, however please be aware that without these details and consent we are unable to follow up on individual issues.
