Cover of Customer Annual Review April 2022 to March 2023Our Customer Annual Review 2022 to 2023 has been published, giving all our customers the chance to see how we have performed over the past 12 months.

Introduced by our chief customer officer Ash Fox, the report details our progress between April 2022 and March 2023 and how we have responded to the challenges with dealing with a cyber incident, rising inflation and the cost of living crisis. During the year we saw customer satisfaction rise to 83%, with 80% of customers agreeing our services are easy to use. We completed more than 111,000 repairs in our homes, with customer satisfaction with repairs at 80%.

We continued to invest in our existing homes, improving their energy efficiency, tackling condensation, damp and mould and carrying out gas safety and electrical safety checks at our homes to ensure the safety of our customers. For new and aspiring customers, we also built another 1,265 new homes across our communities.

At the end of the year we launched our new 2023 to 2027 Bromford Strategy and so this year’s publication also includes a look ahead to what we will be focusing on over the next 12 months and beyond.
