We’re excited to say our recommend a friend scheme has re-opened for Bromford customers, meaning you could earn £1,000 for referring someone to work for us.

Do you know a friend with a passion for people? A relative with a valuable trade skill? Or perhaps a family member is wanting to retrain and make a real difference?

Whether you’re a heating engineer, an income management advisor, a kitchen and bathroom fitter, or a land buyer, we have lots of exciting job opportunities available which are helping new and existing customers to thrive every single day.

How do I apply?

Simply fill in this short form once your friend or family member has submitted their job application to Bromford. If they are successful in their application and complete six months of employment with us, you will receive the £1,000 payment in full.

Why should I get involved?

Laura Jackson, our resourcing and talent lead, said: “The job market is very competitive at the moment, so we are exploring additional ways to attract the future colleagues we want. And there’s no better judge than the customers living in our homes and communities. We trust the judgement of our customers completely so that’s why we’re delighted to be reopening our recommend a friend scheme for an extended period.

“We have a huge variety of different roles available, so if you think someone you know has a desire to achieve more and work in a vibrant and ambitious environment, they may just belong at Bromford.”

Terms and conditions

All referrals must be made with the recommend a friend form at the application stage. If the form is not received by this point, your referral will not be accepted, and you will not receive a bonus payment.

The £1,000 will be paid to you in two instalments, £500 on their first day with us and £500 after they have completed their six month milestone.

Check out our current vacancies and see if you know someone who help you add a tidy £1,000 to your bank balance.
