To help us better represent our diverse neighbourhoods and communities and the people who live in them, we want to talk to you about equality, diversity, and inclusion. 
This month we’re hosting a series of informal, easy-to-attend listening sessions to get your views on how we can improve services and practices for all customers. It will explore themes around how we deal with complaints and questions, how we help customers who feel underrepresented, and ensure complaints related to discrimination, harassment, and victimisation are treated seriously and consistently.
