This December, customers at Berkeley House enjoyed a special Christmas celebration right on their doorstep. Our Repairs Team arrived, dressed as Santa Claus and his elves, to hand out selection boxes to every child in the block.
To add a practical twist, each gift was wrapped in fire safety tips, giving families useful reminders alongside the festive treats. Invitations were sent to all 48 flats, and every household took part in the event.
Colleagues, including the Neighbourhood Coach, joined residents throughout the celebration, helping to spread festive cheer and chat with families in a relaxed setting. The visit created a lively atmosphere across the scheme, with children excited to meet Santa and neighbours coming together to mark the season.
