Homeowners' Virtual Panel

The Homeowners’ Virtual Panel (HVP) is a group dedicated to supporting homeowners, whether a Shared Owner or leaseholder, by:

  • listening to homeowner voices and helping to drive beneficial changes
  • providing the space to ask questions and share feedback, concerns, and ideas
  • offering relevant, informative, and educational sessions throughout the year
  • giving homeowners the opportunities to help shape the future of the panel

Our next online session

Our next online session is scheduled to be held online via Zoom on Thursday 16 July 2026, from 6pm to 7:30pm. This session will include:

  • key things to know about selling your leasehold home
  • how you can utilise the free online platform, Stairpay, to make informed decisions about your home and future plans
  • dedicated time to get answers to your questions, and a chance to share your thoughts and feedback
