Your home has a high‑voltage residential battery system that stores energy produced by your solar panels or electricity from the grid.

How it works

  • the battery stores energy automatically
  • it releases energy back into your home when needed
  • there are no daily controls or settings for you to manage

What you need to do

Always keep the area around your battery clear of clutter and do not store items on top of the battery - this will ensure the device has good ventilation.

Safety notes

  • keep the area around the battery clear.
  • do not store items around or on top of the battery.
  • do not open the battery casing.
