We’re upgrading our repairs system to help us provide a better service for our customers.
From 2pm Friday 13 February to 8am Tuesday 17 February, we will be running an emergency-only repairs service. You can report emergency repairs on 0330 1234 034 or non-emergencies repairs via your customer portal. Thank you for your patience while we make these improvements.

Signing up for an online account is easy:

  1. Visit https://findahome.bromford.co.uk/account/login/register 
  2. create a password for your account and confirm your email address
  3. enter your tenancy reference number in the portal to start using your account right away

With your new online account you can: 

  • pay your rent or make a payment anytime
  • request a repair from your smartphone or tablet
  • view your account(s)
  • access help and advice
  • view your upcoming appointments 
  • view and amend personal details
