From 2pm Friday 13 February to 8am Tuesday 17 February, we will be running an emergency-only repairs service. You can report emergency repairs on 0330 1234 034 or non-emergencies repairs via your customer portal. Thank you for your patience while we make these improvements.
Signing up for an online account is easy:
- Visit https://findahome.bromford.co.uk/account/login/register
- create a password for your account and confirm your email address
- enter your tenancy reference number in the portal to start using your account right away
With your new online account you can:
- pay your rent or make a payment anytime
- request a repair from your smartphone or tablet
- view your account(s)
- access help and advice
- view your upcoming appointments
- view and amend personal details
