The Easee One is a smart home charger for electric vehicles. It automatically controls charging and adapts to your home’s power supply.  

How to use your EV Charger 

  • plug your car’s charging cable into the charger
  • the charger automatically starts charging - no buttons or settings needed
  • indicator lights show the charging status (see user guide)

How to manage your EV charging 

The Easee App lets you control charging schedules, monitor home charging and change settings:

  • you can set charging times
  • you can limit power if needed
  • the app helps you track usage   

Safety notes 

  • do not open the charger casing
  • do not spray the charger with water
  • do not use plug adaptors on the charging cable   

If the charger shows a red light, report it to us via the customer portal or calling the customer contact centre. 

Shared ownership customers can report faults to us within the first year. After 12 months, shared owners are responsible for any faults or repairs. Shared owners can make a claim through product guarantees or NHBC.
