We're planning to replace or refurbish the passenger lifts which are installed within some of the blocks. This page includes key dates, updates and links to help you stay informed throughout the process
You will have received a further S20 Notice of Intention dated 30 September 2025 regarding Bromford’s intention to enter into a servicing & maintenance contract for our blocks which contain lifts. You are receiving the notice as the lift within your block receives timely services and ongoing maintenance. The current contract with this supplier is coming to an end.
While Classic Lifts Ltd will still be responsible for the refurbishment and replacement works to your block, we now need to enter into a new long-term agreement contract with a service provider to carry out the ongoing servicing and maintenance. This contract will ensure the lift is properly maintained both before and after the refurbishment, as our existing contract has now ended.
