Due to significant demand, Customer Alterations are pausing new applications until Wednesday 16 September, if this relates to Home Ownership or Shared Ownership, these will proceed as normal.

Setting off fireworks, having barbecues or using fire pits is not generally considered ASB. However, giving your neighbours a heads-up before you do these things is a thoughtful gesture that can help maintain good relationships.

If you spot a contained fire (like a fire pit) in an outdoor communal area, you can report issues to us at buildingsafety@bromford.co.uk.

If any fire gets out of control, always call 999 first.

Arson

Arson, or attempted arson, is the act of deliberately setting a fire, causing damage to property or endangering life. It's a criminal offence and must be reported to the emergency services.

Please call 999 first, and when it's been dealt with, let us know by reporting to us at buildingsafety@bromford.co.uk - please include any incident number.
