All energy efficiency upgrades were chosen based on what your home needed most, helping it stay warmer, more comfortable and more affordable to run.
The work was carried out through the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund, to ensure your property is Energy Performance Rated C, in-line with governments regulation by 2030.
Your handover pack
After the work was finished, you should have received a handover document explaining what was installed and how everything works.

If something isn’t working
From now on, Bromford will look after the ongoing maintenance of the improvements installed in your home.
