How we use your feedback
Housing associations in England are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing, which uses Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) to assess how well we are doing.
Your feedback directly shapes our TSM results, and those results are published on our website. The Housing Ombudsman also uses complaint and compliment data to hold housing associations to account and to drive improvement across the sector.
