From 2pm Friday 13 February to 8am Tuesday 17 February, we will be running an emergency-only repairs service. You can report emergency repairs on 0330 1234 034 or non-emergencies repairs via your customer portal. Thank you for your patience while we make these improvements.

We’re planning to replace the flat roofs with pitched roofs at Bowlas Avenue and Woodfield Close as part of our improvement works. We are finalising our planning application in readiness for submission over the coming weeks. This page includes key dates, updates, and links to help you stay informed throughout the process.
