Shortlisted candidates are usually invited to an assessment day. This is where we will get to know the real you and whether you have what it takes to work here.
You will be assessed on your attitude and behaviour as much as you will on your knowledge and experience.
It's also a great way of finding out if what we have to offer meets your needs and ambitions. We are always getting positive feedback from people who have attended and thoroughly enjoyed the day.
