How we recruit apprentices and graduates

We’re committed to attracting and developing future talent through our apprenticeship and graduate programmes.

All opportunities are advertised on our vacancies page, where you can see the roles available and complete an online application.

Assessment centre

If you’re shortlisted, we’ll invite you to a one-day assessment centre. This is a key part of our recruitment process. It’s designed to be engaging and informative, giving you the chance to:

  • take part in activities focused on teamwork, collaboration and problem solving
  • gain insight into the role and into us as an organisation
  • meet colleagues and share experiences

A group of assessors will evaluate your performance, potential and how well you align with our DNA. It’s very much a two-way process – you’ll showcase your strengths and decide whether we’re the right fit for you.

Interview

After the assessment centre, you may be invited to a face-to-face interview. This structured approach helps us select individuals who are capable and passionate about making a positive impact through their contribution.
