    Commercial Analyst

Overview of responsibilities

Hi, I’m Will. I joined Bromford on the graduate scheme straight after university and am now working as a Commercial Analyst. In my role I handle data analytics, support commercial projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to shaping procurement strategy and commercial decision-making across the business.

How my career progressed

I applied for several roles after university, but Bromford stood out because I could see the purpose behind the work. From day one I had amazing support around me. Both my leader and fellow colleagues encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone and try new things.

Through the graduate scheme I gained exposure to a wide range of projects including stakeholder management and data analytics. One of the things I value most is how Bromford supports learning and development, I started my CIPS qualification (the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply) and I have dedicated study time built into my work-week.

My transition into a permanent role as Commercial Analyst came about because of the work I was doing during the graduate scheme. The role was created as a natural next step, and I was delighted to secure it.

What do I consider the most significant benefit of working for Bromford?

For me, the biggest benefit of working at Bromford has been the support and opportunities to grow. From the graduate scheme to my permanent role, I’ve been encouraged to keep learning and take on new challenges every step of the way.
