Asbestos information for contractors
The register provides an indication on the presence of asbestos containing materials. Where there is an absence of data, you should assume asbestos could be present.
The absence of information on this register does not indicate the property is free from asbestos. It may mean the property has not yet been surveyed or only part of the property has been surveyed.
A request for an asbestos survey should be made prior to work which could potentially disturb as yet unidentified asbestos materials.

Requests for an asbestos survey or additional information
We ask, where possible, that you request information from the surveyor responsible for managing your contract.
The surveyor can then request surveys/asbestos information via the Bromford asbestos mailbox; asbestos@bromford.co.uk or alternatively using the links below.
The register represents the latest information available on the presence of Asbestos Containing Materials within properties owned by Bromford.
Information will be added on regular basis as additional surveys are completed.

South Bromford (Keystone asbestos register)
Please contact the relevant Bromford colleague in order to start a survey/removal request.
Once the form has been submitted, a copy will then automatically be sent to the contractor, the compliance team south mailbox, our asbestos and compliance officer, and the requestor.
The contractor will then use this form as a purchase order.
The asbestos surveys are held in Capita and Documotive. Removal details are then updated on the asbestos register within Keystone.
