Who we are
We're part of one of the biggest housing associations in the country, Bromford Flagship LiveWest. As Bromford, we:
- Own over 47,000 homes in the West Midlands and West of England, with over 50% of our homes in our top four areas (South Gloucestershire, Tewkesbury, Cotswold, and Lichfield)
- We are delivering our 2023-2027 corporate strategy with a focus on place, scale and impact as we continue to deliver our core business of social housing
- We lead our own sustainability agenda and our accredited Sustainable Finance Framework is driven by our corporate strategy, which in turn drives our sustainability linked loans
