Patchway is a diverse and evolving community in South Gloucestershire, bringing together Bromford customers living in general needs and shared ownership homes alongside homeowners and other local residents.
The area includes the established neighbourhoods of Old Patchway and the growing Brabazon development, creating a blend of long-standing communities and new homes.
Through our Place approach, we work with customers, communities and partners to understand what matters most, build local pride and help make Patchway a place where everyone can thrive.

Leading the Place model across South Gloucestershire and supporting local teams to strengthen communities, build partnerships and improve outcomes for customers and neighbourhoods.
Jonny Mathers
Place Lead
Jonny is passionate about helping communities thrive. With experience working with young people, supporting customers to sustain their tenancies and delivering local community initiatives, he understands the difference that strong connections and local support can make.
Outside work, Jonny has a degree in Animation and has even appeared in several high-profile TV shows. He brings creativity, enthusiasm and a people-first approach to his work across Patchway.
