Located just outside the city of Cheltenham, these new homes are perfect for first-time buyers and young families looking to put down roots.

Designed and constructed by Linden Homes from high-quality materials, these homes are typically more energy-efficient than older properties and are covered by 10-year warranties against defects as standard, while all the brand-new appliances in our new builds come with guarantees too. The development also has its own cycleway and play trail, and public open space is nearby – perfect for families and getting active.

Bromford Shared Ownership offers a simple, flexible approach to homeownership, making it easier than ever to own your own home in this sought-after location. You purchase the share of your dream home that suits you now and pay rent on the remaining share. When the time is right for you, you can buy more shares through a process called staircasing, increasing your ownership of the property until you own it outright.

Local Area Connection

Built specifically to help meet the needs of local people priority will be given to applicants who have a connection to Tewksbury Council. If you have been a resident (or employed within) the area for a number of years (usually between 2-5) or have family connections – for example, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, or adult sibling – who have lived in the area for at least three years.

Staircasing to own 100% of your home
Our homes at Woodland View are available to purchase from 25% to 75% Shared Ownership. Once your home is purchased you will have the option to increase the amount of your shared ownership home that you own. This is called Staircasing. The greater the share you buy in your home the less rent you will pay to your home. Ultimately staircasing to buy 100% of your home, means you become an outright owner, and you will no longer need to pay rent.
