Local Area Restrictions
These Shared Ownership homes have been specifically built to meet the needs of local people and priority will be given to applicants who have a connection to Stratford-upon-Avon District Council.
The local area connection is based on you having been a resident (or employed within) the area for a number of years (usually between 2-5) or have family connections – for example, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild or adult sibling – who have lived in the area for at least three years.
Staircasing to own 100% of your home at The Willows
Our homes at The Willows are available to purchase from 25% to 75% shared ownership. Once your home is purchased you will have the option to increase the amount you own in your shared ownership home. This is called staircasing. The greater the share you buy in your home the less rent you will pay. Ultimately staircasing to buy 100% of your home, means you become an outright owner, and will no longer need to pay rent.

Vibrant village life
Kineton is a charming rural escape with so much to see and do. The village comes alive during its famous farmers market, which is held four times a year, and the weekly market at nearby Wellesbourne Airfield is another regular highlight. From your base at The Willows, you’ll find several lovely pubs within walking distance of the development, as well as some nice little local food stores. Larger supermarkets are just a short 10-minute drive away.
