Our homes at Ramblers Gate have been specifically built to meet the needs of local people, and priority will be given to applicants who have a connection to the parishes of Astley Cross and Dunley**.

The local area connection can vary between our developments but generally, it is based on you having been a resident (or employed within) the area for a number of years (usually between 2-5) or have family connections – for example, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild or adult sibling – who have lived in the area for at least three years.
