Our homes at The Grove are available to purchase with Shared Ownership. Once your home is purchased you will have the option to increase the share you own. Buying more shares in your home is called Staircasing. To ensure that the properties at The Grove remain affordable to local people both now and in the future, staircasing is allowed up to a maximum of 100%.
