Our homes at Evesham Gate have been specifically built to meet the needs of local people and priority will be given to applicants who have a connection to Evesham Town.
The local area connection can vary between our developments but generally, it is based on you having been a resident (or employed within) the area for a number of years (usually between 2-5) or have family connections – for example, parent, grandparent, child, grandchild or adult sibling – who have lived in the area for at least three years.

Area Description
As a popular riverside town, Evesham has loads to offer for everyone from dining, shopping and fun family days out.
If food is your thing then there are plenty of traditional pubs to satisfy your appetite for those traditional British pub classics.
