You can request a repair using our online form (you need to be logged in to do this). 

If you are a Merlin customer please report your repair through the form on the contact us page. 

We are sorry some of our repairs are taking longer than usual. We wanted to let you know why this is and what we’re doing about it.

If your issue is an emergency 

If you feel there is a risk to life or your property, you should call us immediately. These phonelines are open 24 hours a day:
